Withrow students explore postsecondary options

Students at Withrow University High School browsed tables April 13, 2018, at its annual Spring College Fair in the Withrow gym.

For the first time, the fair took place during lunch bells, so all students had the opportunity to meet and speak with representatives of various options for postsecondary education, military service or career. . In the past, just 10th- and 11th-graders participated.

College representatives came from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Wright State University, Northern Kentucky University, Mount St. Joseph University, Central State University, while the U.S. Marines, Army and Navy, and the nonprofit Community Action Agency also provided people to answer questions.

Students learned about the admission process, types of careers and financial literacy.
