Who Dey visits Hays-Porter students

Hays-Porter students were treated to an appearance by Cincinnati Bengals mascot Who Dey on March 5, 2014, in conjunction with the Fuel Up to Play 60 program.

The National Dairy Council and the National Football League launched Fuel Up to Play 60 to encourage youths to improve their nutrition and physical exercise at their schools, leading to better health.

Who Dey went to Hays-Porter to kick off National School Breakfast Week. Nancy Zwick, a dietician with the American Dairy Association, escorted Who Dey, who served breakfast, distributed prizes, signed autographs and danced with students before school began. Sixth-grader Alexis Duffy was presented with an award for her commitment to Fuel Up to Play 60.
